By downloading or using Resonance, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Resonance is a reading app for iPhone and iPad providing text-to-speech narration, sentence-level reading sync, highlights and notes, vocabulary lookups, and on-device AI reading tools. Some features require an internet connection and/or a Premium subscription.
Your use is licensed, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement together with these Terms. Where they conflict, these Terms control to the extent permitted.
Your documents, highlights, and notes are yours. We claim no ownership. You are responsible for having the right to import and use any document.
You agree not to misuse the app, including reverse-engineering except as permitted by law, disrupting the service, or infringing others' rights.
The app, its design, and its trademarks ("Resonance", "Albers") are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms grant no rights to them beyond using the app.
The app is provided "as is." AI-generated summaries, definitions, and text cleanup may contain errors and are not a substitute for the original text. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce them, is not responsible for the app, and has no obligation to provide support for it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
